For your FREE return visit you will need to visit the Ticket Office at the Theme Park where a wristband will be issued upon your exit which must remain worn. Your FREE return visit must be redeemed within 7 days or original visit.

Proof of eligibility for a concession ticket, Blue Light Card, Max Card, Max Card, MOD 90 ID Card, Proof of O.A.P, Registered Carer Card, Blue Badge

Please take care when measuring the height of your children as height checks will take place at the point of admission. Any tickets purchased incorrectly will be subject to additional charges.

Some rides and attractions may not be available due to weather conditions, availability, seasonality, and refurbishment. Unforeseen ride closures are published at the entrance to the park and those that are under refurbishment or closed for winter season are marked closed below
